The color that I liked was the madagascar, (larger slabs have more orange and maroon) assuming that the cabinet color will remain the same. I has interest and breaks up your dark brown cabinetry. Are you also doing the backsplash in granite? This would add more interest. The other granite colors (dark colors) are way too dark. Also I see pendant lights by no other lighting.
The typhoon bordeau is also a possibility. Seems on the yellow side though. I'd pass on that.
The pebbly one that you love doesn't do much with your cabinets or lighting. If your cabinets were modern or lighter it would be stunning. Would you consider painting them?
What is the paint color in the other room? That might have to change to make a cohesive unit with the kitchen.

Have you looked at the Juparana viara? See http://www.millennialliving.com/Activities/Renovation/Granite/kitchengra.... It very wavy and the color might well with your existing cabinets.
