Residual waste is waste that is left over at the end of any process this can be from households containing material that has not yet been separated out at source and sent for recycling processing. This waste mainly falls into the following categories which are biodegradable - kitchen and garden, recyclable waste that should have been removed or cannot be recycled, inert, small waste electrical, fabrics, wood etc.

Green Deal Grant Rises from £6000 - £7600 in June 2014

There has never been a better time to take advantage of the Government's Green Deal Home Improvement Fund and claim a grant of up to £7600 as of June 2014. The grant is available for people living in England and Wales.

What can this grant be used for? The grant can be used for things like external wall insulation or a new heating system whereby money will be given back on the contributions made to make these energy efficient home improvements.
